**How does it work?**
Homeowners can
1. Post their job with a short description- It’s free
2. View profiles and ratings of interested tradespersons and contact them through the app
3. Invite other tradespersons to submit a quote based on their distance from the job location
3. Hire the right tradesperson and leave feedback when the job is done
Tradespersons can
1. Search and buy leads that suit them with cashless payments (All new tradespersons have a 90-day trial period)
2. Send quotes and contact homeowners to negotiate fair prices
3. Easily track their workload and manage their profile
**Rewards Scheme**
A points-based loyalty programme will engage and retain homeowners as well as tradespersons.
Homeowners can earn points when they hire and/or leave job feedbacks.
Tradespersons can earn points by completing jobs and having 5-stars reviews, thus requiring the trader to give his best in order to earn this 5star from homeowners.
These points can be exchange for rewards such as in-app item, a gift sent by post, a digital content, a meal in your favourite restaurants amongst others.Some rewards may have a claim time constraint.
